  • If you book a discovery call: your name, email address, phone number, company (if you give it), the project details you type in, and the date and time you choose

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Schedule and hold the discovery call you ask for. We use your phone number and email only to arrange the call and follow up on your request, never for marketing calls or texts.
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process payments and send invoices
  • Send project updates and relevant business communications

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only when:

To answer your request and prepare an estimate, the information you send us is processed by service providers who help us run our business (for example email, hosting and software tools). Booking details are kept in our booking records and on our calendar, which is held by our email and calendar provider; like the other service providers above, they may use it only to provide those services to us, under their own privacy and security terms.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain client information for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you book a discovery call, we keep your booking details for as long as needed to follow up on your request and for a reasonable period afterward. Copies in our backups are deleted on a rolling schedule.

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as a cookie that keeps an approved trial device recognized. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
